You can download the registration form here in Word format or PDF format and send it to us by post, fax or e-mail.
Early registration at reduced rate is available until Sept. 6, 2005. Students, accepted paper speakers and workshop, tutorial and panel speakers also register at reduced rates.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or online payment.
